The client purchased a home on a 25 ft. by 125 ft. lot. He obtained minor variances in order to demolish the home and build a triplex and detached garden suite.
Each unit within the triplex, will resemble a townhome with a basement, main floor, second floor and third floor.
The subject property is located within a short walk to the Eglington LRT, top ranked schools, restaurants and retail.
The property owner hired Evan Saskin and his company Blue Lion Building to complete all design work, handle municipal approvals and manage construction.
Once complete all four homes will be registered as condominiums and will be listed for sale.
