Project Overview

The client purchased a detached home situated on a 67 ft. by 107 ft. lot. Following the acquisition, approvals were obtained to demolish the existing property and construct a three-storey fourplex with a detached garden suite and three designated parking spaces.

Each of the four units within the main building will contain approximately 1,100 sq. ft. of living space. The garden suite will provide an additional residential unit at the rear of the property.

The subject property has convenient access to public transit, schools, retail amenities, and major transportation routes throughout Toronto.
