Sam joined Foremost in 2026 to enhance the firm’s underwriting and credit function, bringing over 10 years of progressive experience within real estate finance, risk management, and real estate investments. Sam is responsible for overseeing new lending opportunities, conducting detailed credit analysis, and contributing to the structuring of transactions that align with the firm’s lending objectives and risk parameters. Working closely with the origination and executive teams, Sam plays a key role in ensuring disciplined underwriting standards, thoughtful deal structuring, and strong portfolio performance.
