The developer of the subject project purchased two residential lots and subsequently obtained planning approvals (ZBA) for five freehold townhomes. 
 
Foremost provided flexibility for the client by only requiring 1 pre-sale at the time of funding. As construction progressed, the client was able to secure 2 additional sales.
 
Foremost’s in-house cost consultant allowed for fast, cost-effective progress advances – with advances occurring 1-2 days after inspections.
