Brendan joined Foremost Financial in 2026 as Vice President, Origination, bringing 12 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate lending across Ontario. He partners with developers, owners, and mortgage brokers to provide flexible financing solutions for construction, land, and income-producing properties.
Over the course of his career, Brendan has structured and underwritten transactions exceeding $1 billion across a full range of asset classes and loan structures – including land acquisition and development, construction financing, bridge loans, term financing, and CMHC-insured transactions at several of Canada’s leading real estate lenders.
Known for creative deal structuring and disciplined credit judgment, Brendan works closely with Foremost’s credit and investment teams to deliver tailored financing solutions, while upholding the firm’s underwriting standards and portfolio quality.
